AFTER SCHOOL P.E. PROGRAM

Our After School P.E. Program runs every Monday & Wednesday from 4–5PM and 5–6PM, delivering structured, high-energy training designed to keep students active, improving, and engaged year-round.
Each month introduces a new sport or performance focus, helping athletes develop well-rounded skills while building strength, speed, coordination, and confidence. Sessions combine skill development, athletic performance training, competitive games, and teamwork challenges to create an environment where kids are constantly learning and progressing.
This program is designed for students of all ability levels — whether your child is just getting started or already plays competitive sports.
