Elite Spring break camp

This isn’t just a camp. It’s a competitive, high-energy training experience.

Our ESA Vendor program ran by S.E.P. Spring Break Performance Camp is built for athletes who want to get better while everyone else takes time off. During these action-packed 2 weeks, athletes will train, compete, and level up in a structured environment designed to build real performance results.

WEEK 1: March 9th, 11th, 13th @8AM-9:30AM

WEEK 2: March 16th, 18th, 20th @8AM-9:30AM

PRICING: One time investment for 1 week is $120. One time investment for both weeks is $150.

Athletes Can Expect...

Perfect for athletes of all levels, including beginners. We focus on building proper fundamentals in strength, speed, agility, and conditioning in a supportive and structured environment. No experience needed,  just a willingness to work hard and improve.

Speed & Agility 

Will improve explosiveness, quickness, and overall body control. It helps athletes accelerate faster, change direction efficiently, and react quickly in game situations.

Strength & Conditioning 

Strength and conditioning builds power, endurance, and overall athletic durability. It helps athletes move stronger, run faster, and perform at a high level for longer periods of time. By developing proper technique and total-body strength, athletes improve performance while also reducing their risk of injury — creating a stronger, more resilient competitor.

Competitive Drills

Competitive drills will push athletes to perform under pressure while building confidence and mental toughness. They encourage focus, effort, and resilience, helping athletes learn how to compete with intensity and composure.

Water Slide Day
(March 20th)

The last day of camp will include a water slide which adds a fun and rewarding element to camp while helping athletes cool down and recover after intense training. It keeps energy high, builds team bonding, and creates a positive environment that makes hard work enjoyable. When athletes associate training with both discipline and fun, they stay motivated, engaged, and excited to come back.
